Major improvements on the factory floor
After 6 months of working out of a temporary commercial tent, we’ve officially moved into the shop. Rain, hail, and now scorching Dallas temps have been grueling conditions but we’re stronger for it! The big building is still underway but we now have 4 enclosed buildings for production and production is getting quicker by the second. Check out our latest updates in the blanking department.
With a newly installed feed, our punch press is a BEAST! At 90 strokes per minute, punching out 2 blanks per stroke, it has the capacity for more than 10k parts per hour. This is an incredible upgrade to our speed and quality. Need blanks or custom coins, let us know!
Happy 1st Anniversary to Mint Man Mike!
We’ve known Mike since 2009 when he was a press operator at North American mint and inventor of the CoinCap. We’ve watched him grow and improve over the years and are proud to call him our teammate and brother!! Join us as we celebrate his 1 year anniversary managing our factory in Texas. We celebrated with New York Style pizza and cannoli. Here’s to many more years!
